Use of the product

You may use the materials for your own personal or family use. You may not redistribute, resell, upload them to public sites, or share the files beyond your immediate caring circle.

Refunds

If the product is not useful to you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@thecarersfieldguide.co.uk. Refunds are handled through the payment provider and may take a short period to process.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and digital resources available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update or withdraw materials at any time.
